The Milton Project is a non-profit organization and is funded by volunteers that contribute their time and donors and caretakers who donate to the TNR cause.
  • $10 will buy 8 cans of mackerel to be used as trapping bait.
  • $20 will purchase 1 bucket of KFC chicken for the Cat Whisperer's special bait
  • $41 will neuter 1 male cat
  • $51 will spay 1 female cat
  • $65 will buy 1 humane trap
  • $280 will sponsor a six-pack special (3 male/3 female) cats throughout its TNR process
  • $500+ will sponsor an entire colony throughout its entire TNR process. (This is an estimate and is based on the size of the colony)
The Milton Project also accepts donations of the following items:
  • Towels, Beach Towels or Bath Sheets
  • Doggie Training Pads (aka "chucks")
  • Canned Tuna and Mackerel
  • Dry Cat/Kitten Food
  • Fresh Catnip and Valerian Root from Brighter Day.
  • Tru-Catch Humane Trap Boxes from Tomahawk Traps (Cat Transfer Trap, Model #606) $49.60 each. Traps can be ordered by calling 800.27.ATRAP or visiting www.livetrap.com.
  • Sheet Protectors - to be used to hold paperworkOffice Supplies (gift card to Office Supply store or Wal-Mart, OR.... 1/2" clearview, paper, sharpie markers)
  • Spay Day Packet from Alley Cat Allies ($25)
  • Large soft-sided Collapsable Carrier for adoption events (kittens and strays who are tame and can be adopted out)

All monetary donations can be made by cash, check, money order or through Paypal.

The Milton Project is supported by volunteers who contribute their time to trap feral cats.

Volunteer Areas

Trapping: Volunteer one Saturday or Sunday a month or as much as you would like.
 


> Transporting cats to the veterinarian
 
> Housing cats until full recovery from surgery
 
> Returning the cats to their colonies
